How easy is it to find work in New Zealand especially in watersports? What hostels would you recommend? What would you recommend seeing and doing?

I'm over here 'till mid-September and am hoping to go traveling round the south island from the end of august. I was wondering where's best to go? Stay? Do? How long dya need? jonbhoy Guest	# Posted: 3 Feb 2006 04:42:48 I went on a two week tour of the south island,with an adventure group called active nz,had a great time,but it wasn`t cheap,I would recommend Queenstown,milford sound,nelson lakes,to many to remember mate,definately go on some kind of tour,unless youve got a motor,go bungee jumpin in queenstown,give yourself about a month or so.
