Hi,
I'm thinking of travelling to a couple of places for about 6-8 months: Argentina, Brazil, Belize, Chile or Peru, Cuba and Mexico. This will be my first time backpacking. I haven't had any fixed plans yet because I'm slighly worried about safety. The problem is that, I'll be travelling alone and I've never been to these areas before. I was wondering what the risks are like, being female and travelling alone and whether it was worth the risk. Heh thanks!

As for traveling alone....some times it's inevitable. I will be doing a simalar trip as you but starting in Costa Rica the 5 of July and ending in Argentina the 31 of October. My intentions are to meet up with other travels with a lose agenda and go from there. Persumably I would like to meet some before I leave. I have somem argie friend that live in numerous locations in Argie land but other than that....? When will you be in the south?
It's sad enough that i sell my waking life for the minum wage, but now they get my dreams for free. |
