alan Member	# Posted: 16 Jan 2007 19:42:06 Hi can anyone tell me how i can get from bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City i can not find any flights going there unless i paiy top dollar! has anybody done this trip as i plan to go Vietnam Laos and Cambodia then back to Bangkok would love to hear from someone as i fly out on the 28 jan 2007

HorseHead Mcgee Member	# Posted: 18 Jan 2007 21:51:38 Looks like your right, doing a few web searches, I could not find flights from bangkok to Ho Chi Minh...they all went to Hanio. So you may want to alter your plans to fly into Hanio and then take local transport from Hanoi down to Ho Chi Minh
bri Member Huddersfield	# Posted: 24 Jan 2007 10:37:58 Try this; http://www.seat61.com/Cambodia.htm Im planning on travelling from Bangkok to HCMC thru Cambodia in early 2008, only problem im havin is how to include Siem Reap into the journey through Cambodia as it seems the best way is Bangkok-Battambang-Phnom Penh-Saigon using buses or trains. Also really cheap ~1600Baht (£25). Travelling from Hanoi to HCMC seems best done by train (Link on above website).
