Millenium Dome is the most expensive cock-up in the world so could visit there. Embarassed
London is nice and lots to do, but very, very, very expensive in my opinion.
Stonehenge is always a good one. Get stoned and dance around like a nutter...but best on 'summer solstice' (21st June).
On the south coast there is quite a lot to do in Cornwall with the Eden Project and the surf but mainly summer again.
Apart from that, most large towns and cities have some sort of tourist attraction of their own, even if it is some old Industrial Steam Engine or Medieval Castle. Also most of them have plenty of live music, theatre or sport.
It's difficult to know what someone visiting would want to see when you live here.
They'll talk to you, and talk to you, and talk to you about individual freedom. But they see a free individual...and they're scared. |

LOL :D
I'd also recommend Liverpool. Lovely town, if you like the Beatles this is the place to go. And the British accent they've got over there is great! :)
