I also want to do something similar although what I'm really looking for is a few work placements I can stay in for a couple of weeks at a time to get the chance to actually stop and see the country I have visited. Have you done this sort of thing before? how would u go about looking for work? Thanks alot any help would be much appreciated Dan.
kevin181078 Member United Kingdom (Great Britain)	# Posted: 11 Mar 2009 09:22:34 hi roadman try this website ok u may find it usefull - http://www.helpx.net/index.asp - i know i will be trying it cos for the kind of trip im doing this will be handy for me to get good sleep food and rest etc etc... ive not done backpacking before but why not got for it im 30 no ties or strings and nothing to loose this will be a long walk lol but thier is no rush or time limit so even if i only walk 5 miles a day then so be it as long as im eating and drinking well and finding work to keep moving forward then whats to stop me lol... its your life live it how you want
