I dont mind staying in cheap places but il be doing a bit of moving about, I wana see bangkok, the jungles in the north and beaches in the south. any help would be appriciated. Kickass seats!!!

I went to Krabi, Phuket and Bangkok, so perhaps my experience wont be that useful to you. I took away about 3500 spending money and came back with heaps left, however I booked accommo over here, but even still that was very cheap to stay in a nice place. Aim to book a few hotels at your main places and then take about $4k and you will be sweet (talking in AUD by the way) Cheers Chris
