Food-wise, my experience has been that it's around 10 Euros a day in (western) Europe, but it all depends on the places you eat of course (cooking your own meals in a hostel versus going to a budget restaurant). Denmark is expensive alcohol-wise, but 10 euros a day should average things out quite nicely. Anyhow, by the looks of it you should have plenty of savings for a (relatively luxurious) trip.
