I'm hoping to go for about 2-3 months, until the money runs out. I'm interested in checking out all the museums, art galleries, castles and historic sites, but also in hitting up some of the hot spots, cafes, etc, in the evening. marlow Member Canada	# Posted: 29 Mar 2008 00:45:59 Hi Doug, My BF and I just quit our jobs to "travel the world". We're from Ontario and have a flight to the U.K. May 2nd. I have a few connections over there, but we're basically looking to backpack until, like you said, "the money runs out." We too are interested in finding people "like-minded" to share our trip with. If we can, we'd like to circumnavigate the globe and end up in Central/South America. For the first couple months, however, we'll be spending our time in Europe. Where are you planning on landing?
