I'm heading over to Europe around June 08, and after a couple of weeks spent with relatives in the UK, I will be travelling throughout the continent. At the moment it's just me, but a couple of friends might join me. I plan to travel until perhaps September then either work in the UK, or return back to Australia. Anyone else looking at going between June-Sept next year? Let me know. I'd like to see as much as I can.. Holland, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Czech, Italy, Croatia. I'm 23, male from Sydney, Australia. Anything from 18-26 male or female would be ideal, but I'm not overly fussed. Drop me a line. Happy travelling!

katyjames485 Member Winchester	# Posted: 6 Mar 2008 20:28:04 Hellllo, I'm a 20 year old student from Manchester, looking to go though france, germany, austria, germany, greece, poland, czech republic, holland ... loads of places basically, except spain (I'm going there in september with friends). Going for site-seeing, clubs, alcohol, day trips (I saw a thing in poland where you can go white water rafting and paragliding, which sounds pretty fun!!). Hopefully 3 weeks interrailing, with 2 or 3 days in each place, heading out early june. But obviously, no definite plans as of yet. If anybody is up for it, let me know! I'm open to suggestions and ideas. KATY

I'm flying over from Sydney on July 20, spending some time with family in Northamptonshire, then with my sister in London. Then on July 29 I'm flying to the Pyrenees in France for 5 days of cycling. Then I'm backpacking around Europe starting in Amsterdam on August 5. I have to go home at the end of August unfortunately. I'm thinking my first 3 stops will be Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, but after that who knows. Let me know where you're planning to be in August! Wouldn't mind some company!

Starting in London (or perhaps Dublin since it's a little cheaper to fly to) July 27th and backpacking for 3 weeks with a rail pass. I'd love to hear what fellow travelers are interested in seeing, if anyone wants to meet in particular cities, and suggestions on how I can make my trip work. Also, is anyone a member of couchsurfing.net? So... July 27th, London for a few days. See the sites, perhaps find a good club/band. ... perhaps Belgium on the way... Amsterdam on July 1st to see Radiohead, few days in Amsterdam? ... something in between Berlin on July 8th. Meeting up with two roommates for more Radiohead. My travel buddy might skip Berlin. somehow getting to Pamplona for the Running of the Bulls, maybe (7th-14th). I also hear there's a protest to it called the Running of the Nudes! Cinque Terre, Italy, somehow Paris, somehow Has anyone else been able to find airfare under $1000? I should have purchased tickets months ago.
