slicky123 Member United Kingdom (Great Britain)	# Posted: 7 Jun 2007 13:08:54 u have to go to thailand for an experience that will change ur life forever- go to the nana entertainment plaza for some reallly eye opening sights-be careful who u speak to and look at the cos there r some serious crazy ppl there-when i was there this nutter pulled a knife in a cigar shop and apparently knife fights happen all the time-also dont laugh or joke about the ladyboys till after u leave or else they will kill you downstairs is a pool hall so if ur up for anything and have balls of steel and if u enjoy playing pool while midgets try to sell u watches this is the place to go check this out-MENTAL ill try it

I am also planning to travel sometime this fall/winter (whenever I have the money ready). I was hoping to actually circumnavigate the globe (especially because I want to see NZ) but don't think the funds will be available. Anyway... I'm not opposed to travelling in general, even though I hope someday to make it across the world... What places are you interested in seeing? Rachel

I actually wanted to go to North America, maybe start in the south and make my way up to Canada. Im really open to suggestions, you have to sell it to me though, not like Slicky.. just turned me off Thailand. Oo, im Male my names Jarrod im 20 and live in Australia. Yes, NZ is a truly beautiful place untouched by gloablisation and commercialism (at least not out of the main cities) the environment is in a state that sets standards for the rest of the world, so many amazing places to see. I am a 20yr old Canadian and was hoping to find some people to travel with. While I am open to suggestions I have been doing a lot of research on South America and would love to see Peru, Ecuador etc. Lots of trekking, surfing, site seeing etc. But really I'd love to go anywhere!
