I have never been on a trip of this magnitude and I am having trouble knowing where to start with preparation. Any advice or info. would be much appreciated.

jadevere Guest	# Posted: 13 Jul 2005 16:40:51 I am in the same boat mate, I plan to go to hong kong on Dec 28th 2005 stay out there for a while and see some mates but not for too long as it seems quite exspensive. From there i hope to travel to thailand, Vietnam, cambodia, singapore and any where else that takes my fancy. I am 22 guy so if you wanna meet up for a beer some time let me know. James

challenge Guest	# Posted: 13 Aug 2005 18:55:36 ok dudes obviously samson you will be landing in bangkok.i did exactly the trip you plan last year . started in bangkok then bused down the coast to the cambodian order into cambodia upto phnom phen , ankor wat then down to saigon . from saigon headed north to hanoi then into laos and back into thailand . its really easy mate there is like a route that everyone takes from bangkok and you wont have a problem hooking up with dudes along the way . everything is in place for you , just chill ansd go with the flow . Im thinking of doing exactly the same thing next year but I'm a little worried about going alone - I know I will meet loads of people but it would be nice to have the security of always bein with sum1 u kno! Also, because I'm quite young (18) and being female there is a slight security issue when were you planning to go next year? I'll be heading there around during july and august. Are you looking for sum1 to travel with or just advice?
