Hey all,

Im new here. I have a question Im hoping someone can answer.

I am going on a 30 day trip to a few cities in europe, and then flying to Mallorca to visit family. We are travelling between cities via train.

My question is whether it would be better for me to pack my stuff into a suitcase? or a large backpack?

Thanks

D

I would reccomend using a backpack, especially if you plan on using a lot of public transport or walking a lot in the cities. A backpack is a lot easier to deal with than a suitcase when you have to walk a long distance or up/down stairs.

Plus, you'll look more like you know what you're doing.

Since you are Canadian, you will also be required to prominantly display a Canadian flag on your backpack, lest someone assume you're American.

From experience I would definatley reccommend a Backpack , especially if you are getting on and off transport and staying in hostels ( much simplier to lock up your belongings if needed).
I had a backpack which opened up like a suitcase which was fantastique! Just shop around bud . Have an amazing trip! Dannii x

i agree with all of the above. Go the backpack definitely. If you buy a travel pack, they open up like a suit case - making it easy to access your stuff.
enjoy your trip!
