We're arriving a few days early and are hoping to stay by the coast in a cheapish, backpacker type place? Is there anywhere anyone can recommend (we'd probably aim to fly over from Nairobi) Thanks!! Myself and 7 others are planning three weeks in Kenya june/july time and i really want to visit the coast and check out all the beaches along it from Diani all the way to Lamu if I can. There are several cheap places along the coast and around places like malindi but I've been finding it hard to track down a nice budget beach hut. Let me know how you get on in April and maybe we can exchange ideas.
